We are looking for a friendly outgoing person to join our front of house team
-
In this role you will:

  • greet customers and create a welcoming atmosphere.
- use a till to take orders and payments.
- handle cash.
- serve drinks at the bar or at the table.
- keep the bar clean and well stocked.
- give advice on drinks to suit customers' tastes.
- collect glasses and wash up.
- support the bar manager with any additional tasks.

  • Customer service you'll be on the front lines of creating amazing memories for our customers through great customer service.
  • Communication you want to nail all your drink orders and serve perfection every single time, so you'll need great communication skills with your team and customers.
  • Multitasking working in the hustle and bustle of a pub or restaurant, you'll receive multiple orders and need to keep tabs on all of them to get them served up
  • Problemsolving you'll be quick on your feet as you might face customer queries or technical issues, and being a good problemsolver means you'll take these problems in your stride.
