For this role, we are looking for an enthusiastic individual with supervisory and project coordination experience to ensure that the Caretaking and Administration elements of the Premises and Estates team operates efficiently and to the highest standard to support the varied Estates team functions.

You will need to be able to offer the best service possible towards all staff, students and visitors at all times.

Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday with flexibility to meet business needs.

Part time considered above 22.5 hours a week (3 days)


Salary:
£22,085 per annum which is Scale 6 Point 29 on the Support Staff Salary Scale


Job Purpose:
To supervise, plan and allocate tasks to the administration Team. Supervising the caretaking team in their day to day duties and ensuring there is caretaker cover as required. Project co-ordination of wider Estate development projects with responsibility for monitoring progress and facilitating project flow.

Liaising with contractors and customers to the department and overseeing the smooth running of the department in the absence of the Head of Estates.
