On Offer for the Business Development Manager

  • Basic annual salary from £45,000 to £55,000 per annum
  • OTE £20,000
  • Hybrid working
  • Great hours: Monday to Friday 8.45am 5.30pm

The Business Development Manager Role

  • The Business Development Manager will identify and develop new business opportunities and build a prospect pipeline.
  • As Business Development Manager you will undertake sales presentations to new clients and contribute to bid/proposal writing.
  • The Business Development Manager will be expected to conduct market research and trend analysis while also reporting on sales performance against agreed targets.
  • An aspect of the Business Development Managers' role will be to attend conferences and exhibitions.

The ideal Business Development Manager

  • Business Development experience preferably to Procurement and HR professionals.
  • Previous experience of selling MSP, Neutral Vendor or RPO solutions with a good understanding of the procurement/consultancy marketplace.
  • Experience of complex sales processes, involving multiple stakeholders and prospective clients.
  • A proactive, positive individual who has the ability to multitask and manage engagement.
