We are looking for a Sales Director to join an industry leading organisation that is currently going through a big period of growth.

You will be responsible for building, resourcing and managing this sales function whilst supporting the business growth strategy.
You'll work closely with the COO, CPO and technical stakeholders to utilise customer insights, and product knowledge to lead client engagement and business development.
Core Responsibilities:
- To take ownership over their Sales function, supporting and giving direction to drive change & continuous improvements
- Devise and implement processes to keep your function motivated and high performing
- Identify opportunities to keep track of competitor activity
- Use your industry knowledge (SaaS, Technology, Telecoms) to identify potential new markets and increase revenue opportunities
- To help your function build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, keeping a high retention rate.

This will be a hybrid working pattern so you must be a commutable distance to their offices in Manchester.
