Description
Support the operations manager/deputy practice manager in the day to day running of the practice, ensuring staff achieve their primary responsibilities Ensure the admin and reception team are running in an effective and efficient manner Manage the workload of admin and ensure this is processed in a timely manner Identify any issues that may prevent the team from running effectively and problem solve these with the management team Assist in the recruitment process for new members of reception and admin staff Induct and management training of incoming admin and reception team members Work with the deputy practice manager to develop progression plans for each team member and to meet regularly with the team to ensure their development To manage the reception rotas, annual leave, working schedules and ensure that there is appropriate cover at all times in all areas of the practice administration team To support the management team in ensuring all services in the practice are running to provide the best service to our patients To oversee and implement new protocols and procedures for the admin and reception team To take a lead on quality improvement projects for the admin and reception team with supervision from leadership teamMore jobs from Kingston Health Centre
