Description

We are looking to recruit a financial resilience adviser who will work alongside our generalist and money advice teams to provide advice and assistance to clients with a view to maximising their income, understanding their expenditure and accessing support with debt.

You will provide full advice on all of the advice enquiry areas with a focus on income maximisation and financial resilience.

You will help people to build assets for the future and access training and employment opportunities for clients.

The role will also involve work with a range of stakeholders to achieve the outcomes of the project and improve financial resilience for households.

If you wish to be considered for this innovative exciting opportunity you will need to demonstrate the following skills

Ideally you will have experience of all areas of advice work including knowledge of welfare benefits, debt and housing.

Have good verbal and written communication skills.

A flexible attitude to work.

Understanding and commitment of the aims, policies and principles of Citizens Advice.

Ability to work to set quality standards.

Track record of successfully working with partners to achieve client outcomes.
