Job Description:
This full-time position is hybrid working based out of the Bristol Office alongside existing team members on the Ericsson ISE Project.
The role is mainly desktop activities in nature, but applicants will need to be versatile and able to work in an environment which at times is quite pressured due to tight deadlines.
Training will be given and if successful the applicant will be part of a close-knit team and will receive the support they need.
Responsibiliites:
- Coordinate actions reports & updating of management tools daily
- Coordinate Weekly & monthly throughput
- SLA tracking
- Attend internal and client meetings both offices based and virtual.
- Coordinate various reports and trackers
- Coordinate Site dependencies
- Manage submission of work packages to the end client
- Collation of program management reporting
- Production of BAU reports (for Seniors to determine the BAU workloads)
- Instructions to be saved and passed to subcontractors
- Coordinate financial tracking
- Day to Day communications with the senior members.
- A selfstarter that can drive their own performance and workload.
Qualifications:
- Good knowledge of Microsoft office programmes, specifically Word and Excel.
- Good time management
- Ability to pick up new project management tools
- Telecom's background preferred but nonessential
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
- GCSE level entry
- Provide support for times such as sickness and annual leave for the members of the team
