_ About the role_
- Provide general clerical support including clerical processes, word processing, IT based tasks including data input, requiring knowledge of various ICT packages and operation of office equipment
- Undertake general financial administration such as processing orders, collecting monies and undertake basic book keeping, such as for petty cash
- Undertake reception duties, act as first point of contact in response to and deal with enquiries either by telephone or facetoface and sign in visitors, deal with lost property etc.
- Produce lists, information and data as requested by senior staff or external agencies (e.g. standard/statutory returns)
- 30 hours per week term time only (39 weeks) fixed term for the duration of the apprenticeship course.
- Monday
- Friday 6hrs a day (working times to be agreed).

_ Who we are looking for_
- Working at or towards national occupational standards (NOS) in business and administration level 2 and knowledge /skills equivalent to current qualifications level
- Educated to NVQ level 2 / GCSE Grade A-C or equivalent knowledge and experience
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Provide information and guidance to colleagues and service users within defined guidelines
