Fence Erector/Landscaper - CIS Contractor
Mon-Fri 8am-4.30pm
37.5hrs a week.
Local to Tameside
£100 per day £80 after tax
UTR Number required
We are have an exciting opportunity for someone to join our team, we seek a dynamic, enthusiastic and hands on fence erector/landscaper/ground worker to work on multiple sites across Tameside including housing association sites.
Knowledge of the Tameside area beneficial.
Works vary between repairs & maintenance, groundworks & fencing installations.
Experience within the construction industry is essential.
Clean Driving License desirable
Key responsibilities
- Ensuring good daytoday working practices are adopted
- Complete works alongside your team members
- Prestart meetings
- Toolbox Talks
- Managing a safe working area
- Plan day to day resource requirements
- Communication with site managers with progress updates remotely
- Work alongside other contractors
Requirements:
- CSCS Green Card (Required but can be obtained)
- SSSTS Qualification (preferred)
- Full UK Driving License (Desired)
- First Aid (preferred)
- Selfmotivated and have good communication skills
- Health & Safety Awareness
