About Our Client:

Fantastic Opportunity for an Experienced Bookkeeper to join a great company based in Dorking.

  • This position is a Part Time Temporary Position with the opportunity of Permanent Employment
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate financial records
  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions in a timely manner.
  • Reconcile bank statements and ensure all transactions are properly recorded.
  • Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities.
  • Process invoices
  • Assist with Payroll
  • Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

The Successful Applicant:


A successful Bookkeeper should have:

  • A solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting principles.
  • Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records.
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using Sage
  • Must be a selfstarter
  • Reliable
  • Good team player
  • Quick learner
  • May be working towards an accountancy degree
