Job requirements

We are currently looking to recruit a high-calibre individual for the position of Operations Officer, to work in our London, office UK.

Responsibilities:

• Customize company brand operation KPIs, including amount and number of valid plan deposits, number of activated customers' transactions, customers retention rate, etc. as to increase the company profits;
• Actively communicate with related departments to complete the operation KPIs;
• Deals with emergencies like abnormal quotation, abnormal system services or deposit services, etc.;
• Conduct and review customers survey as to improve the satisfactory level;
• Conduct market research to keep uptodate trends in the industry;
• Other adhoc projects assigned by superior.

Requirements:

• Degree holder;
• Relevant dealing experience in financial institutes, Stock / CFD / Precious / Cryptocurrency;
• Energetic and attentive to details;
• Good communication skills in English and Chinese;
• Immediate available is highly preferred.

Job Types:
Fixed term contract, Permanent


Salary:
£2,500.00-£3,000.00 per month
