The job entails monitoring, auditing and compliance violation reporting in terms of Safety, Security and the Airline clients' Product and business rule compliance.

You will be required to work on a shift pattern, preferably six on, three off, with a fair mixture of early and late shifts while ensuring punctuality to your shift and flexibility at all times.

You must have basic computer literacy, the ability to follow instructions given by the company and/or management or Airline client and have a minimum of 1-year experience in an airline or ground handling environment.

You will have mínimal to no passenger encounters, no involvement in the operational decision-making process and will not be involved in the operation of the airline and shall be neutral, ethical and professional at all times, ensuring confidentiality as an observer of the airline handling operation.

You will be required to be standing and or walking for the whole shift documenting areas of the operation which will include, the check-in area, boarding gates and Ramp as well as observing and monitoring the Gonow DCS.

The salary will be within the bracket of £25, £30,000.00 dependent on experience with an initial Contract Commencing with a zero hour contract with the monthly roster based on full time hours been given dependent on the operational requirement and there on dependent of your performance a full-time contract could be considered after a successful passing of the 6 month probationary period.

• You will be working with a team of professional experienced individuals with high standards working alongside you, you must adhere to the policies of the company and requirements of the airline and when at work be groomed appropriately for the task at hand and on duty with a business suit or business attire while you will be provided with and required personal protective equipment for the purposes of the operation.
• Knowledge of the Navitaire GONOW DCS is preferred but not essential.
• A current airside pass holder at Gatwick Airport is desirable.
• Understanding of aviation safety, Security, airline ground handling ( passenger services, Ramp handling services, load control /operation) is required.
