Location:
Gatehouse, Bury St Edmunds

Hours : 34.5 Hrs a week incl Alt Saturdays


Duties include:
Loading and unloading the Gatehouse vans, this will include delivering removing items from peoples homes.

Map reading and helping to locate addresses

Helping customers choose and buy goods in the store

Carrying out sales

Dealing with telephone enquiries and various administrative tasks

Cleaning furniture

Moving furniture around the store and into our delivery waiting area

Helping customers load furniture into their cars

Carrying in donated items brought directly to Gatehouse by donors

Checking donated goods for health and safety standards and for quality

Carrying out minor repairs and maintenance when required

Constructing and dismantling furniture such as beds and wardrobes

Working within health and safety and manual handing guidelines at all times


Salary:
From £10.63 per hour


Experience:

- moving and handling: 1 year (required)
