Description

Responsibilities:


  • Support the sales team by managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and organizing meetings
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
  • Prepare and distribute sales reports and proposals
  • Assist with the preparation of sales presentations and materials
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
  • Coordinate and manage the delivery of products and services to customers
  • Ensure that the office runs smoothly by ordering supplies, managing inventory, and overseeing maintenance and repairs
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable activities, including invoicing and payment processing
  • Maintain a database of customer information and sales activities
  • Manage communication with vendors and suppliers

Requirements:


  • Proven experience in sales administration or a similar role
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and sales software
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and experience with invoicing and payment processing
  • Degree in business administration or event management is preferred but not essential, marketing, or a related field

Salary:
£28,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • 10 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Telford: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
