Sales Estimator

Derby

Up to £30,000 per annum (DOE)

Full-Time/Permanent

The Role

A role has become available for a Sales Estimator at a reputable fabrication company in Derby

The role will involve:

Receiving and processing customer enquiries, interpreting customer's requirements accurately
Providing estimates for Sales managers
Ascertaining the most costeffective processes for manufacture
Send quotations, convert enquiries to sales orders, ensure sales orders contain accurate information and delivery dates, negotiate prices
Following company policy in order to meet target including turnaround time
Dealing with sales enquiries
Experience within the sheet metal/fabrication industry (desirable)
Ability to read production drawings
Selfdriven, results oriented
Excellent communication skills
Keen desire to grow and progress
An eye for detail and analytical skills
A proven ability to work under pressure, multitask and prioritise workload
A motivational team player, having the ability to work without management direction, use initiative and possess a positive attitude
