To be responsible for planning, developing, managing, delivering and evaluating prison pharmacy services delivered by OPS for D&D and Bristol cluster of prisons

To be responsible as line manager for 6 pharmacy departments
Act as a Responsible Person for the purposes of a wholesale dealers licence across the 6 prison pharmacy departments
To professionally lead and develop the technical and clinical pharmacy services and
To ensure all pharmacy services meet the necessary legal and professional standards to maintain their licences.
To plan, manage and supervise the pharmacy services for prison contracts across D&D and Bristol clusters and ensure that they are compliant with statutory controls, professional requirements, and local/national policies and guidance on medicines.
To be responsible for ensuring the safety and quality of the pharmacy services provided to all prisons supplied via contracts, through the implementation and development of robust pharmacy policies and procedures.
