Creative Artworker

Location:
Oxford

Hours:
Fulltime 37.5 per week

Salary:
£30,000 to £35,000

You will be working closely with the Creative Lead to support the conceptual creative development of ideas, campaigns and pitches.

Your expertise will be in the artwork/Design and development of print and digital asset projects in BLUE's studio.

Has solid commercial experience within an agency, or inhouse environment
Core focus on creative design, art working across digital and print assets with experience in digital and motion with strong visual, interactive, and graphic skills
Proficiency in InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere and After Effects
Have a great understanding of design principles and work confidently with storyboards, typography, photography, illustration, and any kind of imagery necessary to produce conceptual thinking
Be able to follow and further develop overarching concepts / conceptual ideas
Designdriven with attention to detail as well as ability to think big
Experience in managing multiple work streams and projects efficiently with excellent communication and organisational skills
Work with junior and senior members of staff

Nice to haves would include:

Has experience in Premiere Pro and After Effects, with evidence of motion projects
Some UX/UI knowledge and experience of working with developers
