Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the UX team to implement web pages based on their design briefs and ensure alignment with user needs and project objectives.
  • Triage website content and commerce requests from various business stakeholders promptly and efficiently.
  • Maintaining the product catalogue including but not limited to product updates, adding new products, creating promotional codes.
  • Provide technical support for digital platforms, promptly addressing issues to maintain uninterrupted operations.
  • Provide handson support in the execution of digital projects when required to contribute to their successful implementation.
  • Collaborate with the digital team to implement A/B tests on the website.
  • Assist in implementing personalised experiences based on user preferences, behaviour, and demographics to enhance user engagement and satisfaction.
  • Offer assistance for QA and UAT activities as needed, contributing to the validation of the software's functionality and user experience.
  • Collaborate with designers, developers, marketing, and content teams to ensure seamless integration of digital initiatives.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of digital implementations, processes, and CMS related procedures.

Person Specification

Qualifications & Experience Desirable Essential

Education qualification in procurement or general business

Proven experience in website content management systems and

implementing web pages based on design briefs.

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Understanding of Quality Assurance (QA) and User Acceptance Testing

(UAT).

CMS experience with E-commerce products

Experience with digital project organisation tools such as Trello or JIRA

Experience in implementing personalization strategies and optimizing digital experiences.

Experience with Oracle OCM (Oracle Content Management) and OCC (Oracle Commerce Cloud).

Other Information

Hours 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday (35 hour contractual working week), but the salary has been structured to take account of the need to occasionally work unsocial hours as required by a global organisation and therefore no additional remuneration will be paid outside of base salary)
