Administrative Assistant
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for supporting the CENTRAL GARAGE team in a variety of administrative duties. This role will report directly to the Office Manager and assist in all aspects of the administrative activities.


Essential Functions:


  • Assist with office and administrative support, including but not limited to, filing, printing, invoicing, Sales & Purchase Ledger, cash handling.
  • Coordinate office supplies as needed with the Executive Director and other team members
  • Maintain office supplies
  • Maintain office cleanliness standards at all times including but not limited to filing, organization, cleanliness of conference rooms and break rooms
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:


  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role preferred.
  • Must be able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
  • Excellent organizational skills; ability to prioritize tasks; ability to multitask; ability to work under pressure; ability to communicate effectively with others; flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and situations.

Job Type:
Part-time

Part-time hours: 30 per week


Salary:
From £10.50 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week
