We are currently seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Accounts Administrator. This role is key for ensuring the accurate management of our financial activities and supporting the company's growth objectives.Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger functions to maintain accurate financial records.
- Process invoices and receipts promptly and accurately, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Perform financial data entry tasks with precision and attention to detail.
- Liaise with suppliers and external partners to resolve billing and payment inquiries and maintain positive relationships.
- Implement effective credit control measures to minimize outstanding receivables and manage cash flow.
- Generate financial reports and analyze data to provide insights into the company's financial performance.
- Provide administrative support to senior directors and assist with adhoc calendar management tasks as needed.
- Manage stock locations and inventory records to facilitate smooth operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. (preferred)
- Proven experience in accounting/bookkeeping roles, preferably in the solar energy industry or related sectors.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, Xero) and Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in financial recordkeeping and data entry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective supplier and partner liaison.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a dynamic team environment.
