Description
My Client is looking for an experienced Solicitor with 3-10 PQE to join their commercial property team in Southampton. They are a Top 100 Law firm with a human-first approach.

The Role

  • Assisting management of key client relationships within the Commercial Property team.
  • Involvement in the business development of the team and firm.
  • Drafting documentation for property sales and purchases (including contracts, transfers of part, deeds of easement and covenants), undertaking due diligence on properties.
  • You will manage a caseload across a broad spectrum of commercial property matters, including often fastpaced and intensive transactional work and advisory work.
  • Drafting reports on title.
  • Supporting other members of the Commercial Property Department.
  • Attending crossoffice Commercial Property Department meetings.
