Eden Brown Synergy are working with a Local Authority on the South Coast who due to a promotion within their service, have a vacancy for a Procurement and Contract Officer for to work on their Capitals and Construction contracts.

They are looking for someone who is able to manage the end-to-end procurement process, is able to manage contractors, ensure that KPI and SLA's are being met and who can manage and influence stakeholders.

They are looking for someone who has can use NEC and OJEU contracts and although previous public sector experience is preferred, they will also look at people from the private sector who have the relevant skills and experience.

This is a small authority which likes to offer development and growth from within. The procurement team work together to offer support and advise when needed.

The role offers flexible working along with remote working, but you may need to travel to the office when required.
