Description

Papel building solutions are looking to employ a multiskilled trades person to join our growing company to carryout various tasks to void properties.

We mainly carry out our works in the East Devon and Torbay area. The main area of works is generally carpentry based carrying out upgrading works whilst the property is vacant. These works can be anything from changing locks to new kitchen installs. The works will be carried out as part of a small team and sometimes on your own. You will be expected to plan and solve problems in your daily tasks. You must also be self-motivated, able to carry out works to a good standard and communicate well with others.

• Driving license required
• Company vehicle and fuel card
• 28 days holiday per year including bank holidays

Salary:
£16.00-£18.00 per hour


Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Holidays
• Monday to Friday
• Overtime

Experience:

• Maintenance: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

• Driving Licence (required)
