The
Communities Co-ordinator will work with our staff and patient experience teams to develop the networks and learning communities that are needed by the people we work with.
You will work closely with the team, our associates, and members of our communities to organise meetings, events, workshops, communications and whatever is needed to help people feel connected and to learn from each other.
We are looking for someone who is committed to the values and mission of the Point of Care Foundation and who cares about the work we do: you will be adaptable and willing to participate in the life of the team.
We are looking for someone with enthusiasm and energy, and someone who will pitch in and help other team members.
