Your role

  • Would you like to be involved in comprehensive regulatory reporting for a major global bank? Do you pride yourself in delivering sustainable change? Are you willing to challenge yourself and others to reach the highest standards?
  • We're looking for a Regulatory Transaction Reporting Specialist like you to:
  • partner with regulatory change programmes on regulatory driven changes to ensure an industry leading delivery
- review upcoming regulatory changes (internally and externally driven) to assess the impact on controls and processes to ensure transactions are reported completely, accurately and on time
- provide meaningful updates and commentary to various operating forums and senior stakeholders
- represent UBS on various Industry Forums and working groups
- partner across the organisation to understand, document and communicate production issues, remediation and RTR process changes

Your team

  • You will work in our highprofile Regulatory Transaction Reporting (RTR) team and be based in
  • London
but will have close interaction with other global RTR teams. We're responsible for
- ensuring that beyond meeting our regulatory obligations we transform our organisational capability, a robust control framework is applied to regulatory reporting, collaborating with
- our Middle Office, Technology, Reference Data Management and Compliance functions on a
- regular basis to facilitate our deliverables.


Your expertise
- strong understanding of EMIR, MiFID and SFTR transaction reporting regulation
- previous experience in investment banking and in regulatory transaction reporting environment
- ability to work independently and as a team
- previous experience working with multiple teams, to deliver planned changes to reporting flow
- ability to clearly articulate complex issues to teams with no regulatory experience
- comfortable to engage industry working groups and raise/discuss issues and best practice
