WHAT YOU'LL DO:


The Supply Chain Associate will manage the daily order build process for the EMEA region and support the wider Supply Chain Operations team based in our Reading warehouse.


WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

A creative person with problem solving abilities, eager to learn, and attentive to the quality of your work. You will report to the Supply Chain Operations Manager.


THE SCHEDULE:

This role is an in office based position.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:


  • Support the daily Build process for BCDR by learning to build/image/test/pack/ship devices
  • Loading and unloading of vehicles
  • Work with sales, account managers in order to timely process order requests
  • Maintaining the NetSuite ERP system to ensure accurate inventory records
  • Completing regular stock counts
  • Support rest of warehouse operation as required (Data Centre builds/RMA)
  • Support purchase request process
  • Identify areas for process enhancement or improvement
  • Regularly reviewing on the stock locations and making necessary adjustments to ensure the best storage layout for clear access
  • Working with the SCO team in Monroe to identify issues that may affect appliance quality.
  • Working with SCO Manager to ensure stock levels of appliances, components, and packaging materials are at optimum levels
  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:


  • Experience working in a warehouse environment
  • A good grounding in a technical hardware discipline
  • Familiarity with PC components
  • Familiarity with test software and testing processes
  • Analytical mindset with good problemsolving skills
  • Time management skill, being able to multitask and set priorities
  • Familiarity with inventory systems (NetSuite experience a plus but not essential)
  • PC skills (Word, Excel)
  • Reach truck licence (a plus but not essential as full training will be given)
