Skills/Experience Required
- Be well presented and have excellent personal interface and communication abilities;
- Be highly organised;
- Be able to manage their own workload (with guidance) and communicate effectively with the team;
- Be computer literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages especially Microsoft Word and Excel;
- Have good written and oral communication skills and be able to use own initiative;
- Be selfmotivated;
- Have excellent attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Administrative office coordination (e.g. filing, computing, dealing with incoming and outgoing mail, typing and data entry, technical document preparation/formatting);
- Interface with the company's Senior Management-Directors and staff as directed and required for the regular and proper conduct of the company's business activities;
- Daytoday support of the firm's finance, accounting and commercial activities;
- Supplier and contract administration (e.g. POs, subcontractor records, supplier set up)
- Telephone prospecting/potential client identification;
- Proposal and project management related recordkeeping, reporting and staff interface/coordination;
- Daytoday responsibility for business support contracts
- Management reporting
- Travel and logistics coordination
- Meeting and events coordination
- Training administration
