The Role:
Private Middle Office & Loan Operations Manager
FTSE Listed Global Alternative Asset Manager are looking to add to their Investment Operations team across their Mezzanine/Equity and Direct Lending book.
Reporting into the Head of Private Middle Office Investment Operations, it is an exceptional opportunityto get involved during a major change transformation process, putting your own mark on the function.
The Location:
London
The Responsibilities:
- Primary responsibility for the operational duties
- Ensure all private deal investment activity (new deals, lifecycle events and restructures) is reflected in the investment book of records.
- Capture the commercial terms for all deals
- Oversee all outsourced Loan Agencies
- Design and implement new processes/procedures
The Requirements:
- Qualified Accountant with extensive experience in a Loan Operations role
- Ideally buy side investment manager exposure
- Familiarity with loan documentation and management systems
- Commercial exposure managing relationships with senior stakeholders
