We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Parts Advisor to join our team based in Accrington.

Joining our team as a parts Advisor, your main task will be the efficient handling of customers parts enquiries and upselling of additional parts at every opportunity.

You will need:

• Good commercial vehicle knowledge
• Truck & Trailer parts experience would be an advantage
• Knowledge of parts systems
• Maintain accurate inventory of parts and accessories
• Organise and track incoming and outgoing shipments
• Excellent communication/customer service skills
• Computer literacy
• Strong accuracy and numeracy skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
