Property Consultant - Estate Agency

Job description

• Conducting accompanied viewings
• Understanding clients search criteria & recording them on our system
• Suggesting suitable properties to clients
• Talking to clients about their move and discussing how we can help
• Maximise all sales opportunities and convert all aspects of estate agency business.
• Follow up all viewings and provide vendor/landlord feedback

• Ability to work under pressure, to strict deadlines and to remain calm and professional at all times.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to deal confidently with clients and develop and maintain internal and external professional relationships.

• Be a car owner with a full (preferably clean) driving licence.

Estate Agency experience is not necessary, as training will be provided on every aspect of the role.


Hours available are:
Saturday 9am - 4pm
