An experienced Product Compliance Specialist is required for a highly successful FMCG business.

OPPORTUNITY HIGHLIGHTS

THE PRODUCT COMPLIANCE SPECIALIST

To support and foster a Quality culture within the QA Ops team and the wider production environment
Packaging component & finished product specification management
Inspect incoming components and packaging components according to the relevant specifications, determining whether materials are fit for use
Maintain the specifications for all materials required for use
Maintaining the line complaint system and ensuring that follow ups are met to close these out
To provide Certificates of Analysis (CofA) for stakeholders when required for stock shipped
Release of Finished Product
Work with internal stakeholders to ensure that all testing procedures are up to date and validated

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

Proven experience working in a Quality Assurance role within a regulated industry (e.g. MFCG, Medical Device, Pharmaceuticals) is desirable but not essential
Education in a science or engineeringbased arena
Excellent attention to detail
Working knowledge of ISO22716 and or ISO13485 is desirable
Computer literate with MS Word and Excel
Selfmotivated with the ability to plan ahead and use initiative
Decision making
Ability to analyse and interpret data to make accurate and expedient decisions
Able to foster strong Multifunctional relationships
Able to respond positively to change
