One of the biggest and most established London market underwriting businesses is recruiting for a FP&A Analyst for its Reinsurance segment.

The successful applicant will be responsible for the co-ordination of Reinsurance Financial reporting to provide timely relevant management information and financial analysis regarding reinsurance transactions, coordinate the Financial Strategic Plan for treatyplacements, contribute to all Finance Data & Reporting transformation projects, seek excellence through continuous improvement by defining future Data and Reporting needs creating an accurate and trusted reporting framework, coordinate external audits to provideFinancial data to the auditors and provide input and reporting on all internal cost allocations, communicating results to all stakeholders.

Applicants will ideally be qualified accountants (although this is not essential) with a track record working in FP&A for insurance related businesses, possess strong project management skills, have strong stakeholder management experience, excellent analyticalskills and have a strong understanding of accounting principles.

Any experience of / exposure to the reinsurance side of the market would be a huge advantage.
