Jackson Hogg is delighted to be supporting a manufacturing business in Peterlee on the appointment of an Accounts Assistant.Responsibilities:
- Processing suppliers' invoices
- Setting up new supplier accounts
- Processing customers' invoices
- Setting up new customer accounts
- Carrying out credit control
- Helping with audit queries and pulling out invoices
- Chasing up and sending proof of delivery to customers
- Raising pro forma invoices to customers
- Carrying out ad hoc duties within reason requested by your manager
Required skills
- Excellent communication skills
- One year experience in a similar role
- Selfmotivation and positive attitude
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Ability to work with tight deadlines
- Attention to detail
