Jackson Hogg is delighted to be supporting a manufacturing business in Peterlee on the appointment of an Accounts Assistant.


Responsibilities:


  • Processing suppliers' invoices
  • Setting up new supplier accounts
  • Processing customers' invoices
  • Setting up new customer accounts
  • Carrying out credit control
  • Helping with audit queries and pulling out invoices
  • Chasing up and sending proof of delivery to customers
  • Raising pro forma invoices to customers
  • Carrying out ad hoc duties within reason requested by your manager

Required skills

  • Excellent communication skills
  • One year experience in a similar role
  • Selfmotivation and positive attitude
  • Experience with Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work with tight deadlines
  • Attention to detail

Job Types:

From £24,000.00 per year
