About Our Client:
My client is a national, rapidly growing Packaging company in the Automotive sector.
As Customer Service Advisor, based in Bromsgrove, you will be responsible for the following:
- Processing returns, invoices, and claims on behalf of business customers
The Successful Applicant:
The successful Customer Service Advisor will be:
- Happy with office based work
- Able to commute to the Bromsgrove site
- Have a minimum of 2 years Customer Service Experience within a businesstobusiness environment
What's on Offer:
As Customer Service Advisor, you will be entitled to the following:
- £24,000
- £28,000 per annum
- Permanent Contract
- Monday to Friday (08:00 16:30)
- Office based as will be checking products when assessing the claim
- 31 days holiday including bank holidays
- Pension scheme
