My client is a global firm, based in the heart of the City, recruiting a Global Mobility Manager on a 12 month FTC basis.
This role is an opportunity to manage and shape the development of the firm's current mobility programme, bringing new and innovativeideas and suggestions to the table.
The Global Mobility Manager will be responsible for supporting global and domestic assignments, international transfers and global transfers.The key duties will include:
- Lead international secondments and transfers and/or ad hoc mobility cases as required for international client and office to office secondments
- Provide leadership and management to the Global Mobility team and build capability within the team
- Assist in further developing a centre of excellence for global mobility issues across the network
- Provide day to day operational assistance to the advisors and/or assistants in the team
- Work with the International Tax team assessing all International Remote Working requests
- Identify and share knowledge across HR to facilitate continuous improvement in global policies
- Assist the HR Director, in mobility process review and budget submission
- Create and maintain international secondment tracking and provide relevant MI to leadership
- Build relationships and credibility with key partners and staff in all offices
- Manage and oversee the Global Mobility team of 3 individuals
The Global Mobility Manager will have experience in working within a Global Mobility function and/or Immigration within a professional services environment.
