APEX Group has an exciting opportunity for a Fund Administration Supervisor to join our inclusive and collaborative team.

This full-time Fund Administrator hybrid role is based in St Peter Port and offers an attractive salary and benefits package.

As a Fund Administration Supervisor, you will supervise fund valuations and ensure adherence to compliance and shareholder registration duties, as required.

You will also be involved in the overall supervision of a team of administration staff, some of whom are based in other jurisdictions.

In this role, you can expect to:

Oversee the preparation and review of fund valuations and ensure adherence to compliance and shareholder registration duties as required
Ensure valuation production and price reporting deadlines are met
Assist with checking regulatory statistical reporting

You will also require the following:

Demonstrated ability to supervise a team
Excellent critical analysis and problemsolving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Understanding of company law and fund regulations
