We're looking for an experienced Influencer Marketing Manager with up-to-the-minute industry knowledge to join a leading marketing services company, known for delivering scroll-stopping digital campaigns.
We're looking for a social media expert who lives and breathes influencer marketing and can take on the role of core IM specialist within the business.

Duties and responsibilities:
- Building and maintaining relationships with talent and emerging social media personalities
- Handling inbound enquiries and negotiating commercial deals and contracts with both clients and talent
- Working in close conjunction with the agency's creative and leadership teams
- Managing talents' calendars and diaries, ensuring their commitments are in line with client expectation
- Securing successful and effective brand partnerships deals and influencer campaigns
- Contributing in client pitches and presentations
- Analysing & monitoring results from influencer campaigns and formulating simple reports
- Taking responsibility for talent management and the results of the campaigns you are working on
- Travelling to attend shoots as required
Skills and experience required:
- Extensive agency experience in talent management or influencer marketing, with responsibility for managing a talent roster with clients
- Deep understanding of influencer campaigns, strategies, management, production, and trends
- Well versed in influencer platforms, especially TikTok, Instagram and YouTube
- Experience managing endtoend influencer activity including influencer identification, selection, negotiation, brief writing and delivery, campaign optimisation and reporting.
- Skilled at devising effective paid media strategies on social channels
- Able to analyse performance of influencer campaigns and report back to clients
- Working knowledge of Canva, PowerPoint and Excel
Hours of work
- Monday to Friday, 9:00am 5:30pm
- This role is available on a hybrid or remote working basis, with regular visits to Head Office in Nottinghamshire when required
