I am a self employed lone pipe fitter in the fire sprinkler industry looking for a pipe fitters mate to work with me on a self employed/sub contract basis.

I am based in Huddersfield, West Yorkshire but I work nationally.

No experience is necessary for this role, but it is preferred.

All training will be provided by myself in a site based environment; this may be on a working construction site or a commercial environment.

Your role will involve prepping pre fabricated pipework and bracketry for installation, working with coded drawings.

The use of hand tools such as pipe stilsons, spanners, spirit levels and tape measures and power tools such as an impact wrench, hammer drill and reciprocating saw.

The role will also involve manual handling and at times working at height and assisting with the installation of pipework and bracketry.

At times, depending on the job location working away may be necessary Monday - Friday with all expenses paid.

A CSCS card and full UK driving license are preferred but not essential.

Pay:
From £12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 50 per week


Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 12 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Experience:

• Pipefitting: 3 years (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

• 50% (preferred)
