Job summary

The Pensions Administrator will process client queries by email, letter and phone. They will also be responsible for maintaining the company database, updating new joiners and leavers, and processing Letters of Authority from clients.

Responsibilities

  • The Pensions Administrator will generate transfer paperwork and issuing to employee.
  • They will process Group Personal Pension monthly contributions.
  • Contact employers to arrange employer meeting days and issue invitations to employees.
