About the Job:


Labour Hire Solutions are looking for a Site Supervisor to begin work for a fast-growing design and fit-out, specialist business.

This job is for an established independent company predominantly specialising in two key sectors Commercial Offices and Leisure and they have a wealth of experience in both.


Job Overview:


Responsible for coordinating operations, managing direct labour and sub-contractors, whilst advocating safety standards, practices and protocols ensuring they are adhered to at all times.

Ensure all contract work is compliant, in line with client requirements and internal targets to ensure excellent service delivery is achieved to specification, and within cost budgets.


About the role:


  • Assisting with the organising of jobs for the operations team; reviewing work programs, material requirements and all overall operational aspects of the contract daily
  • Completing RAMS and toolbox talks
  • Liaising with and managing subcontractor relations, and performance ensuring quality and performance standards are being met in line with service delivery
  • Provide leadership and direction to the operation teams within the depot, driving accountability and ensuring people process adherence at all times
  • Any other duties deemed appropriate by site management
  • 8 am5 pm (Monday to Friday
  • May be required to open the site at 7:45 am
  • Job is estimated to be completed by the end of April 2023
    (estimated 12 weeks of work):
  • £200 day rate (paid weekly on a Friday)

About you:


  • Experience working as a site supervisor in a similar environment
  • Local or can commute to Birmingham / Birmingham City Centre area
  • Able to carry out and deliver a highquality of work
  • Energetic and passionate to fit the company environment
  • Punctual and able to lead others
  • Relevant CSCS Card
  • SSSTS certification
  • First Aid at work
  • Fire Marshall Training/Qualified (Desirable/Advantageous
  • Knowledgeable and trained in health and safety regulations
  • Happy to assist with works if required
  • Able to begin work asap
