Description
Demonstrate professionalism through the role, acting as a professional representative of the HR department, and the Association, both internally and externally to the organisation.
1.2 Lead reporting members of the HR administrative team to deliver a professional, customer focussed, informed, efficient service to client areas and employees.
1.3 Seek out opportunities to improve HR service provision and efficiency, contributing to Directorate continuous improvement initiatives, e.g., ISO, and associated project work, as required.
1.6 Adhere at all times to regulatory and Association requirements in respect of the processing, and management of confidential, sensitive and commercial information, and, in particular, data protection legislation, including GDPR regulations.
Salary:
£25,260.98-£47,587.25 per year
