Pimlico Academy is looking for an exceptional person who will co-ordinate and administer the HE aspect of the Academy's sixth form and embed a rigorous academic enrichment programme from Year 7 all the way through to Year 13, to foster a culture of academic enquiry.

This non-teaching post is a hugely exciting one for someone who is ambitious for young people, knowledgeable about HE support and particular UCAS, one who has a fine attention to detail and the drive and vision to set projects in motion.

The Higher Education and Enrichment Co-ordinator will have strong knowledge of all aspects of post-16 HE guidance, have an excellent understanding of the Widening Participation agenda and an ability to train staff and to support and advise young people throughout their sixth form journey.

They will also have an understanding of what excellent scholarship looks like from KS3 to KS5 and the ability to plan and coordinate a program to support students' in developing their academic skills and interests.
