We are looking for an enthusiastic and engaging Administrator/Business Support Officer to maintain a comprehensive administrative service and business support infrastructure within the ARRS Primary Care Mental Health Team.
This is a busy role providing support to the Service Manager and team of Mental Health Practitioners and STR workers - who all work remotely within Primary Care Networks and GP practices across the North Staffs and Stoke area.
You will be able to deal effectively with a number of simultaneous tasks and have the ability, commitment, and judgement to ensure deadlines and actions are delivered.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential, as is the ability to organise and minute meetings.You should also be able to demonstrate a high level of confidence to enable effective decision-making and build credible and productive working relationships with a wide range of people.
Previous experience within a similar setting would be advantageous.Please note whilst this post is advertised with a Trust base, there is flexibility for working from home/hybrid working.
This opportunity provides a varied and interesting workload - and will involve you using your own initiative to initiate and follow up on a wide range of issues on a daily basis.
Additionally you will be required to analyse and extract data from performance reports and feed this back to the Service Manager, and key staff in a format that can be used within Services/Teams for planning and supervision purposes.
To provide a central point of contact to respond to/resolve any queries on behalf of Service Manager and Primary Care Networks where appropriate in relation to all Key Performance Indicators.

Autonomy to provide a comprehensive business support infrastructure for the Service Manager, and Team in extracting and analysing reports and data for all Key Performance Indicators (Quantity and Quality) and feeding back in such a format that can be understood and actioned by the Service/Team to achieve compliance, inform supervision and forward planning.
To ensure robust systems are in place to monitor, capture, extract and analyse relevant data to measure performance against contracts and to support compliance with Key Performance targets providing relevant information on a daily basis in a variety of formats.
Taking accurate minutes for Team meetings and other meetings as required.
Diary Management for the Service Manager and team, including confirming attendance, circulating papers and booking venues.
Ensuring monthly reports and minutes are collated from the teams and corporate partners.
Undertake word processing of all documents to a high standard, in an agreed Trust style and using an appropriate referencing system.
Develop and supervise maintenance of filing systems (electronic and paper) to ensure effective access to relevant information.
Prioritise own workload on a day-to-day basis to ensure that deadlines are met.
