Salary - £24,000 - £28,000 per annum
+ OTE £35,000

Location - Reading, Berkshire

As our Sales or Lettings Negotiator, you'll have the opportunity to:

Identify and cultivate opportunities for financial and legal services leads, valuations, viewings, and customer reviews.
Manage applicant registrations and followups.
Ensure outstanding viewings are handled efficiently, including followup, feedback, and confirmation.
Provide support to other team members and assist the sales manager as needed.
Offer guidance and advice to fellow team members.
Demonstrate initiative to expand market share.
Meet business Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) through your work.
Collaborate with senior staff members to enhance overall performance.
You possess honesty and trustworthiness, fundamental qualities in our industry.
With at least one year of experience in Estate Agency, you bring valuable expertise to our team.
Holding a full driving license is a must.
You're eager to learn and thrive on new challenges.
