What are we looking for?:

We are looking to recruit an energetic and passionate person to join our team at Gainsborough.

With a desire to learn and develop their career we can also offer an apprenticeship in business administration.

The ability to organise and prioritise work to meet tight deadlines and maintain a flexible and positive attitude to work tasks and workload are also required.

With a desire to learn and develop their career, initially, the key responsibilities will include:

Providing a customer service to bird producers and arranging bird collections from farms for production processing on site.
Organising catching teams where required and producing a weekly plan.
Processing purchase orders and invoicing and investigating invoice queries.
Recording and/or obtaining the relevant bird intake, food chain information, animal transport certificates and vehicle information and providing general administration support.
Providing general administration support for our wider administrative team.

The ability to organise and prioritise work to meet tight deadlines and maintain a flexible and positive attitude to work tasks and workload are also required.

After training, we would like the successful applicant to learn additional planning tasks which will help develop and further their career.
