Your new team

This position sits in our Pernod Ricard UK (PRUK) business.

The Strategy and Transformation department is focused on significantly growing value market share in a sustainable and profitable way over the next 3 years, alongside deploying new digital capabilities to put the customer and consumer at the heart of our business and accelerate company performance.

There are several complementary specialisms working closely together within the Strategy and Transformation team to deliver this objective, including Consumer Insight, Category Development, Revenue Growth Management and the Transformation Management Office.


The RGM team is focussed on delivering sustainable and profitable business growth through the key levers of RGM, those being Promotional Optimisation, Pricing, Mix and Terms.

The RGM team works cross functionally across multiple teams but particularly the Commercial and Brand teams to ensure that our brand and business strategies are effectively translated into customer promotions, pricing, mix and terms with an RGM mindset.

Your unique contribution

You will have a few main areas of responsibility:

Pricing:
contribute with analysis and recommendations to support key pricing initiatives including innovation pricing and price increases.

Monthly & quarterly reports:

Work closely with the Consumer & Commercial Insights Apprentice to deliver monthly & quarterly reports on the pricing and promotion landscape.

Ensure the insights are embedded within the business' understanding & decision making.

Tools:
Own the Cube 3.0 and Brandview pricing tools.

Key super-user of Vista Rev-Up, PRUK's market leading promotional optimisation tool, contributing to its ongoing development and deployment and be the RGM owner of annual RADAR submission.

Who you'll be working with


Internally, you will work with the Strategy & Transformation team, both Revenue Growth Managers (Promotions & Mix, Pricing & Terms), Commercial Teams, contributing to key decision making and embedding the RGM mindset and marketing.

Externally, you'll work with our key relationships, PRUK stakeholders & business partners.

Your blend of talent

  • Can contribute as a member of the Strategy & Transformation team to support the coordination of appropriate resources across key business cycles.
  • Work closely with both Revenue Growth Managers (Promotions & Mix, Pricing & Terms).
  • Work closely with Commercial Teams, contributing to key decision making and embedding the RGM mindset
  • Work in partnership with Commercial Analyst Team as required.
  • Can Network with wider PRUK stakeholders & business partners across commercial channel teams, customer development, finance and marketing.
