St Luke's Primary School is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Learning Mentor to join the inclusion team in key stage 2.

Working alongside another learning mentor in the same key stage, as well as the SENCO and SENCo assistant, the successful applicant will have a good understanding of what can prevent a child from achieving their full potential and be able to work creatively with staff to make a difference to young people's lives and overcome these barriers.

At St Luke's we place relationships at the centre of what we do and so our learning mentors need to be able to make strong positive relationships with all pupils, parents/carers and staff members.

About the role:

If you are committed to improving outcomes for young people, have effective communication skills and are able to work independently, in a flexible way, then we would love to hear from you.

Hours: 8:30 - 4 pm 3 days a week

Closing Date for Applications: 18th February 2024

Short-listing: 19th February 2024

Interviews: 21st February 2024
