Are you an experienced customer account coordinator looking for a new challenge? If so, you might be the perfect fit for this exciting role.


This is a great opportunity for an experienced customer account coordinator to join a renowned automotive logistics company located in Rugby.

This company is looking for a hardworking and dedicated individual to join their team and become a key player in the customer service and account management process.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Focus on customer needs and satisfaction (quotations, order processing/confirmation, packaging requirements, pricing, forecasting etc.)
  • Deliver high standards of customer service, receive and respond efficiently to incoming customer enquiries
  • Manage customer enquiries and concerns efficiently and effectively and escalates as appropriate
  • Monitors orders in line with delivery requirements
  • Organise and schedule activities and projects well in advance and takes account of possible changing circumstances
  • Update master data in various systems to ensure accuracy and integrity of business decisions e.g. products, schedules, pricing, customer information, invoicing
  • Use SAP, CRM and various other sources of information to analyse data to anticipate and avoid potential problems
  • Contribute towards the achievement of business KPIs; works with and support internal business functions to achieve overall aims of the business

Working a 37 hour week, Monday - Thursday 08:00-16:30 Friday 08:00-13:00

  • Previous customer service experience (2 years +) ideally within an engineering or distribution environment
  • Proficient experience of working with CRM systems, SAP and Excel
  • Excellent communication skills, works effectively within a team and support colleague
  • Practical knowledge of order management process; awareness of supply chain processes including replenishment
  • Proactive approach to work and problem solving with the ability to spot and deal with issues as they occur
No qualifications required, further on the job training will be provided.
