Description

We are seeking a qualified Nursing Associate to join our small team delivering high quality patient centred care to patients at our In Patient Unit.


We provide outstanding care to our patients and their families, and we are seeking a caring, positive and sensitive individual to work as part of a team delivering care that focuses on the direct needs of the individual.


You will assist our Registered Nurses in the ongoing assessment, implementation and evaluation of care and also deliver care independently within the parameters of practice and working within clearly defined boundaries.

You will need to communicate effectively with a wide range of individuals including the public, health and social care professionals and maintain accurate patient records.


To apply, you must have NMC Nursing Associate registration, good verbal and written communication skills and a caring, positive, and sensitive approach.

An awareness of the physical and emotional needs of patients suffering from a terminal illness is essential, previous experience of working in palliative care would be desirable.

The ability to work as part of a team and to work flexibly to meet shift patterns is required.
