An exciting opportunity to join a busy company based in Hull that provide frozen fish and seafood products. The company has a long-standing history of over 100 years focusing on quality and affordability. With an exciting opportunity moving forward to joiningtheir team as Receptionist.
THE ROLE:
The role is to provide the daily admin and receptionist tasks to the company. Carry out daily duties, organise and assist the wider team when needed.
General duties include but are not restricted to:
- Taking & Redirecting incoming switchboard telephone calls
- Managing visitors
- Purchase Ledger invoice input to Pegasus Opera 3 finance system. Very simple & can be trained very quickly
- Managing purchase invoices for distribution for authorization for payment.
- Organizing invoices for weekly payment runs by cashier.
